Our Leader
At the heart of Jindal Foundation’s vision for an inclusive and empowered India is Ms. Shallu Jindal — a distinguished Kuchipudi danseuse, acclaimed social contributor, and passionate advocate for community development. As Chairperson of the Jindal Foundation, Ex-Chairperson of the National Bal Bhawan, and Founder President of the Young FICCI Ladies Organisation (YFLO), she has consistently championed opportunities for meaningful change. Under her leadership, the Foundation empowers underserved communities through various initiatives. She believes every effort fuels lasting change and invites collective action. Her vision shapes the Foundation’s journey of transforming lives, preserving heritage, and fostering a future driven by compassion, opportunity, and empowerment.
